Brandi Weidner brings in-depth corporate and entertainment industry knowledge with over seven years of practical administration and telecommunications experience to the TNFS organization. Ms. Clark performs detailed industry research and analysis, monitors entertainment trends, evaluates evolving regulations, and assists in identifying emerging technology opportunities across the entertainment sector.
Ms. Clark developed the innovative TNFS Audition Kiosk™ remote audition concept for contestants seeking to become THE NEXT FEMALE SUPERSTAR®. She is also one of the creators behind TNFS patent-pending “Method of Streaming Audiovisual Audition Files” integrated into the TNFS.TV Voting Engine™ platform infrastructure.
Ms. Clark has proven invaluable in supporting TNFS brand development and assisting in the company’s early-stage capital formation efforts.
Daniel L Ringler
Co-Founder & Strategic Investor Advisor
RET. Lt Colonel Daniel L. Ringler is a retired United States Air Force officer, Vietnam veteran, and real estate broker. Following acceptance into the United States Air Force Academy Class of 1963, Mr. Ringler completed pilot training and later flew Military Airlift Command missions in both C-124 and C-141 aircraft.
During the Vietnam War, Mr. Ringler was reassigned to the HH-53B long-range rescue helicopter unit flying all-weather combat rescue missions throughout Laos, North Vietnam, and South Vietnam. During his service he earned the Bronze Star.
Mr. Ringler later obtained a Master of Science Degree in Logistics Management through the Air Force Institute of Technology and served in leadership positions at multiple USAF bases worldwide. Following military retirement, he entered real estate brokerage operations in California and later became co-owner of California Homes & Ranches Inc.
Since the Covid-19 shutdown period beginning in 2020, Mr. Ringler has worked closely with Raymond L. Hall assisting in maintaining ongoing corporate operations and strategic business continuity efforts for NPTI.
Charlie Midnight

Charlie Midnight is a multi-Grammy award-winning songwriter and record producer whose work has contributed to albums collectively selling more than 50 million copies worldwide.
His career includes writing and production contributions for Barbra Streisand, Andrea Bocelli, James Brown, Billy Joel, Joe Cocker, Joni Mitchell, Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears, Hilary Duff, Seal, Cher, and Idina Menzel among many others.
Mr. Midnight received Grammy and Golden Globe recognition for works associated with Rocky IV, Bull Durham, Disney’s Oliver & Company, The Bodyguard soundtrack, and numerous Grammy-winning projects throughout the entertainment industry.
He has also contributed music and production work to more than 50 motion pictures and television-related projects throughout his career.

Amy Murray-Rolon serves as Showrunner for THE NEXT FEMALE SUPERSTAR® television series and brings more than 20 years of experience across network television, live productions, syndicated programming, reality television, and feature film development.
Ms. Murray-Rolon has worked with major studios and networks including Warner Bros, Disney, ABC, NBC, FOX, HBO, CW, A&E, History Channel, BBC, and E!.
Her experience spans scripted television, live event programming, game shows, reality television, and large-scale production management while maintaining operational efficiency and budget discipline.
Susanna Midnight

Susanna Midnight is an intuitive multi-dimensional entertainment executive with extensive experience developing production models across large-scale multi-format entertainment operations.
Ms. Midnight has worked closely with leading actors, musicians, celebrity influencers, brands, talent agencies, and entertainment production teams throughout the industry. Her project involvement includes productions such as Burlesque, Desperado, Big Time Rush, and projects involving Hilary Duff.
Drawing from more than 20 years of entertainment industry experience, Ms. Midnight specializes in organizational development, production coordination, creative team mobilization, and strategic relationship management.
She has also advised non-profit organizations, foundations, and corporations while helping secure grants exceeding one million dollars and previously served on the Board of Directors for The Geffen Playhouse.
James Gaudenti

James Gaudenti is an experienced stage construction and technical production specialist with extensive work across major film, television, and live entertainment productions. His background includes stage building, grip and rigging operations, set infrastructure, staging supervision, and large-scale television production support.

James specializes in the physical production and stage engineering side of the entertainment industry — supporting the construction, rigging, staging, and operational execution of large-scale television and live-event environments.
Steven War

Steven War is a seasoned intellectual property attorney specializing in patents, trademarks, infringement analysis, validity opinions, freedom-to-operate opinions, IP enforcement, and the defense of clients accused of patent and trademark infringement in federal district courts.
Mr. War has extensive intellectual property experience across multiple technologies, including medical devices, mechanical devices, internet applications, satellite systems, souvenir items, and artificial intelligence systems.
His legal background includes claim construction, working with experts, legal research, validity analysis, infringement analysis, motions practice, depositions, Markman hearings, and Summary Judgment motions.
Prior to founding War IP Law PLLC, Mr. War served as practice chair for intellectual property litigation at McNeely, Hare & War LLP and worked with national and international law firms including Dickstein Shapiro LLP, Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, Fish & Richardson P.C., and Howrey & Simon.
Before entering law, Mr. War spent fourteen years as a systems engineer working with IBM’s Federal Sector Division, Computer Technology Associates, and Orbital Sciences Corporation, supporting government organizations including NASA, the FAA, the Department of the Army, and the United States Coast Guard.
Mr. War earned his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University. He also served seven years in the United States Navy as an electronics technician.
